Joe was absolutely amazing, he is very committed to his customers. I was without hot water and heat when I called Joe. I contacted him on a Sunday night and he actually offered to come over that night but we set up a time for the next morning. He got everything running and had to order parts which would be in 3-4 Days. The systems continued to go off and Joe came over more than once to get them going again until the parts came in. We were in need of a fireplace inspection for a home we're buying - we've never owned a fireplace and after hearing horror stories from others about having regretted not getting a thorough fireplace inspection and winding up with needing thousands of dollars in repairs to *have* a working fireplace after having moved in, I knew after researching a bit that getting a level II inspection was absolutely necessary. So, it was a day after the contract was signed and we needed a chimney inspection quick! A Clean Sweep Chimney was the only company available within a days time and responded quickly! He showed up on time and was thorough in his inspection with video and all. He went up on the roof and evaluated up there as well and came back with suggestions for what could be done in the future, but thankfully no structural issues were present. I am so happy for finding this company in such a short amount of time - I will absolutely be using them again in the future!
